- The UNSIGNED document or letter to my office and I’ll print and notarize (and you can sign after if the document needs your signature as well) Administrator@ampclerks.com
- $20 first seal (if applicable $10 each subsequent) (weekend/holiday fee is higher $40 first seal, $10 each subsequent)

- If you need a soft copy notarized, scanned & email back to you, then you may sign first or We can scan the unsigned/notarized copy for you to sign after using Docusign or https://www.ilovepdf.com/or https://simplepdf.eu/. Fee is $20 tax included (if applicable $10/subsequent)(weekend/holiday fee is higher $40 first seal, $10/subsequent).
- We can regular mail back to you for an extra $30.
- If you have an original government or agency-issued document requiring a seal (which cannot be scanned or photographed), please text us your estimated time of arrival (ETA) and notify us again upon your arrival. A representative will meet you at your vehicle to assist you. (Elderly and people with physical limitations option ) All others, kindly proceed inside.
The process typically takes no more than five minutes.
Fees:
• Standard: $40 (tax included) for the first seal, $10 for each additional seal.
• Weekend/Holiday: $50 (tax included) for the first seal, $10 for each additional seal.
Payment AFTER services rendered via cash, cheque, etransfer to administrator@ampclerks.com or www.ampclerks.com receipt always provided. DO NOT PAY until you’ve picked up the documents or you’ve received a scan of the notarized documents and invoice receipt.
